Missed/Cancelled Appointment Policy: There is a $25 fee for patients who miss or cancel their appointments less than 24 hours in advance. This fee will be due in full prior to any further appointments.
Medicare Patients: Effective October 1, 2023, we will collect full payment at the time of service. We will then file the bill with Medicare for you; you will then be reimbursed directly from Medicare, typically within a month. Depending on your policy and whether you have a supplement (secondary insurance), you may be responsible for a small portion of the bill. Please note that it will be your responsibility to file on the secondary insurance.
